Article 1 – Definitions

Article 2 – Applicability
These terms apply to every offer by Nutrition Bears and to every distance contract concluded between Nutrition Bears and consumer.
Article 3 – Prices
All prices include VAT. Shipping: €4.95. Free on orders over €50.00. Prices may be changed, but not after an order has been placed.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment must be made via the offered payment methods. In case of late payment, Nutrition Bears reserves the right to cancel the order.
Article 5 – Delivery
Orders placed before 10 PM are delivered the next business day (indicative). Risk of damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has 14 calendar days after receipt to withdraw from the agreement. Excluded: products whose seal has been broken (hygiene reasons). Return costs are at the consumer's expense.
Article 7 – Health & Safety
Products are intended for adults (18+) only. Not a replacement for a varied diet. Consult a doctor if you use medication. Keep out of reach of children.
Article 8 – Liability
Nutrition Bears is not liable for damage due to improper use. Total liability limited to the purchase price of the product.
Article 9 – Applicable Law
