Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.
Return conditions
Products can be returned if: ✓ The packaging is unopened and undamaged ✓ You notify us of the return within 14 days ✓ The product is in its original condition Cannot be returned: ✗ Products whose seal has been broken ✗ Used or opened products
How to return?
Step 1: Email [email protected] with your name, order number and reason for return Step 2: Wait for our confirmation (within 2 business days) Step 3: Ship the product to our address Step 4: Refund within 14 days of receipt
Return costs
Return costs are at the consumer's expense, unless: • The product was damaged or incorrectly delivered • There is a defective product
Refund
Refund via the same payment method as the original purchase, within 14 days of return approval.
